CASTELLBLANC Brut D.O. Metodo Tradicional CavaCastellblanc began life in 1908, founded by the Parera family and developed by its successors, and has always strived to bring the art of sparkling wine production to the glass. Initially located in the centre of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, in the late 1970s it moved to the outskirts of the town due to an increase in demand. Castellblanc is one of the oldest wineries producing cava and is a pioneer in the use of new technologies in manufacturing processes.Aroma of a fresh varietal touch appears perfectly balanced along with the elegant aromas of aging on lees. The palate is crisp and bright, with a long finish, reminiscent of crusty toasted bread, in fine balance with light of sweetness of the fruit
